Dear All,

This is the link I was speaking of during the Grad Service today. It is designed to allow you to get small group attention with individual teachers up to and including the exam period.

It is designed the same as the online booking system used for Parent-Teacher-Conference at Mid Year. Please utilise it as it has been set up with this particular purpose. However, please note the conditions I have put; no less than 2 and no more than 4 and the that the teacher is free to delete any appointments if he/she feels they can not make it. In short check your email to see if the appointment has been deleted before you come down to the school.

The night study prograame is on-going and runs separate form this. There are no bookings for night study. It is meant to provide environment and incidental help. This booking system runs from 9am to 4:30 pm daily subject to teachers being available.
